Cricri Curls Shipping Policy
Welcome to Cricri Curls! We are delighted to offer you a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please read our shipping policy to understand the available options for your orders.
1. Shipping Methods:
For domestic orders over $75, you have two shipping options:
a. Free Economy Shipping: Enjoy complimentary Economy Shipping for all orders totaling $75 or more. The estimated transit time for Economy Shipping is between 5 to 8 business days.
b. $5 Standard Shipping: Alternatively, you can choose Standard Shipping for only $5 on orders over $75. The estimated transit time for Standard Shipping is 3 to 4 business days.
For orders under $75, shipping charges will be calculated based on the items in your cart and displayed during checkout. You will have the option to choose between Economy Shipping and Standard Shipping at the applicable rates.
2. Order Processing and Shipping Schedule:
We want you to receive your Cricri Curls products as soon as possible. To ensure timely delivery, please note the following details:
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders received before 5:00 PM (EST) on a business day will typically be processed and shipped on the same day.
- Orders received after 5:00 PM (EST time) on a business day will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
3. Shipping Restrictions:
Regrettably, we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout for smooth delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment and know when to expect your Cricri Curls goodies.
5. International Shipping:
At present, Cricri Curls exclusively ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping options at this time.
6. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
7. Delays and Exceptions:
While we endeavor to deliver your order within the specified transit times, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or other force majeure events may cause occasional delays. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed and provide updates regarding your shipment.
